On the other hand, avoid junk food, caffeine, soft drinks, processed food and refined carbohydrates.

For people that suffer from lack of sleep and stress, sleep medication and relaxation methods can be of great use. Lack of sleep and stress may be related because people with stress are unable to sleep. Thus, relaxation method such as a massage can help you to relax and this will help you to sleep better. In addition, pain will reduce and this will help to get rid of other symptoms. You can also use sleeping pills to induce sleep, but you should not rely on sleep medications entirely since your body may become dependent on them. This is not good since they have side effects.

To relieve pain resulting from fibromyalgia and fever you can take acupuncture which usually relieves pain in the tender spots and may also reduce stress. Physical therapy and massage regulates the neurotransmitters, helping the body to be more tolerant of pain. Consequently, the patient is able to overcome pain and stress.

People with fibromyalgia may experience spells of fever. The person will experience irregular spells of chills. While some patients will have fever the entire period they suffer from fibromyalgia, most patients never experience fever. Doctors say that patients in advanced stage of fibromyalgia are less affected by fever, unlike those in early stages.
